haha Fever pitch is still lovely. jimmy falon is yay! and i watched Speed before that (Keanu Reeves and Sandra Bullock yay yay!), which reminded me of The Lakehouse, which is woohyay! -pleased.

AMAZING phwoar! alrights gosh it's been so long since i've heard from the company or anything ncc related, save for pltnmates. but yeah, manz i miss my babies so so much.. D:
hoho ncc totally initated me to the world of physical torture and mental strength.
which reminds me, trg today was Painful. i had breakfast too late so yeah was feeling god-awful. swallowed what tasted like vomit a few times cos i was rowing. and k4 is just Awful cos you cant stop. even when you feel like crap. 8k on t1 and 7.6k on k4. exciting stuff
ohyeah i was browsing through my phone dictionary today on a whim and discovered something rather interesting.
kay so firstly i always thought that doppelganger (a ghostly double or counterpart of a living person) had some supernatural attachment to it cos sis once told me that apparently there have been occurences where people have seen their doppelganger in a situation that somewhat foretold the way in which they would die. but well i guess the dictionary reference doesnt imply that.
butBut on the other hand,
Fetch(according to my phone dictionary): the apparition or double of a living person. formerly believed to be a warning of that person's impending death. AHAH! fascinating, yes? actually no i think it's just another word for doppelganger. nyeh.
oh hmm i think stability's all the mind. with reference to canoeing, of course. cos like i rmb early last year, i was terrified of the water and i would wobble about in a t1 (yes, it is a fat and practically uncapsizeable boat) and manage to even cap a few times. simply because i believed that i was unstable and all that. ohwells random.
most of the single boaters have been improving quite exponentially. then there's Me, who hasnt hit her old pb in a thousand million years and deproving like crap. sometimes i guess giving up is such a tempting option. pushing myself in and out of the water (and i believe that every other canoeist is familiar with this as well) is just damn tiring and painful and having to bring ourselves to get back in our boat the next trg and the next and the next.. and it's so much worse when you just dont seem to be getting any better. im scared. im Freaking terrified. but ugh i guess i just gotta stay strong, for the girls and for my own sanity. yeah.. so i just gotta keep pushing.
we're almost there.
3 years is a long time.. im the most patient girlfriend in the whole world yeah!
