pratas are fattening

O.o strange.

hmm.. it's been slightly over a week since ord. yeah.. strange.

anw.. been thinking alot bout the company and my partas. its very odd to no longer be part of the company.. having to ask the partcs for permission to talk to my partas.. so very very odd. oh and we boo-ed the part cs from behind after natl day celebrations and they screamed. O.o partcs screamed. hahahahahhaha!

anw. yeah. rmbed quite alot of stuffs that happened thruout the year..

my parta ncoship started before i even knew it. like literally..O.o yeah.. didnt go for chalet last year and like when i came back from ob sabah, it was cca o and pltnmates told me that i got partas. =/ didnt really mind i guess cos i didnt have a preference for the other parts anw..

then i rmb the excitement us parta ncos felt when sir came with news bout our parta intake.. fluctuating from 30+ until it settled at 20. rmbed looking at their names and trying to rmb some of them.. but considering my terrible memory, i didnt manage to rmb their names till some time after they came in.. =/

ncc open house..partas were like.. sec1s. yeah.. and i was super annoyed cos i dunno i guess i had high expectations and stuffs..

ncc orientation.. we were casual with them. we were high and all that. didnt intro ourselves by rank andit was pretty nice i guess.. then i rmb when we gave them water break, the partas bought stuff from stall1! O.o haha! was rather amused actually.. and moving them from place to place was like herding sheep.. and water games was weirder.. and i think at the point of time, i was pretty flustered as to how we were gonna mould them into rgsncc cadets cos they were all so.. sec1-ish. scary.. oh and some of them i never saw again. how sad..

hmm.. but when waiting for the confirmed list of partas, we spent our mondays planning their trgs in the ncc room..so very long ago..

first trg..we taught partas basic stuffs.. abit of pt and drills.. ooh and reading my old entries, (i've got bad memory) i rmb being so so very proud of my partas when they did bodymax together! gosh they were so wonderful.. oh and first trg prezzes! cum vday prezze i think. gave them the nice smelling candles and i rmb chionging with py and yh the red and orange cards.. haha! was nice..

first company dinner! one missing parta.. i rmb being so angry at them cos yeah. how could they leave their pltnmate behind? gosh.. haha! and they forgot to prepare a skit altho we reminded them.. times like that made us kinda wonder why we got ourselves into this mess.. but it ended overall pretty well.. oh yeah rmb telling our partas bout our boyfriends! py and yh has bfs overseas and mine's from ite and parta yy asked which ite! hahahah!

then trgs.. never really did appreciate trgs all that much.. normal pt and drills.. partas falling out ever so often. domino effect and all.. then when talking to them in the canteen.. i regret not really talking to them tho. we talked more among ourselves.. so yeah.. didnt get to know all that much bout our partas.. which is sad.. sorry yh and py for talking to much.. bah..

then btc! gosh it was super informal! and yeah.. problems and stuffs.. was so tired.. parta j was sick and went home before dinner.. partas had field cooking at the canteen.. they split up into obvious cliques and yeah it was scary.. and us ncos forgot to bring our own food and the sweet children offered us their food.. although the noodles were bland, it was really very nice of them.. and partas super lovely milo cheer. =) oh and we had a mock profi test.. haha their terrible collars and unshiny boots.. ahwell..

then the trg after btc, they gave us prezzes "Happy milo day.." haha! hmm..

annual camp.. was bad.. the day before, 1 parta fractured her arm and another sewed her finger. O.o scary partas.. yeah and parta h came with a swollen eye.. gosh.. hmm.. and then complications at night with our partas.. and there was no fire drill.. we were really very disappointed.. it was finally our year and sir decides that partas need more rest so yeah.. felt bad cos they were our partas so.. bah. hmm.. rmb being so super disappointed in partas and then finally disowning them.. and it was such an emo period.. bah.. oh and pop. ex sec4s came back. was very very pissed with them.. and some partas embarassed us onstage and exsec4s being even more annoying.. and i rmb them wanting to return the bunk key to us after pop outside the hall. and we were daoing them but ssg vanessa was there and she was like "partcs.." so we hadta attend to partas.. felt bad for kinda daoing ssg vanessa cos we were in a bad mood anw.. bah. then after everything was over, what's worse was seeing our partas in incomplete no3 and stuffs.. ouch.

and the week after, partas were sposed to earn us back.. we took them back pretty fast.. gave them indiv hugs.. but py wasnt there at the time altho we could've simply called her down from the hall where she was.. wasnt thinking straight i guess.. felt really bad afterwards.. and i rmb very well a long time after, py said, "the biggest mistake we ever made, was taking them back so fast" yeah i guess it was.. sigh sorry.. its greatly my fault cos i convinced yh to take them back cos some of them were crying and it was so awful watching them cry.. gosh.. sorry py..

then partas owed us their pumpings.. and one of greatest regrets was that they never did complete it.. really wanted to pump their last hundred with them... which kinda reminded me of our own parta year.. exexex sec4s didnt make us pump at all.. which was.. sad.. we never got the chance to redeem ourselves.. =(

the consequent trgs.. saw our partas improve bit by bit.. saw their pltn bond getting stronger.. saw their cliques dissolving and them coming together as One pltn..

our first and last outdoor trg at pasir ris park.. very emo day.. lovelove my partas..

last trg.. partas did well for achievement day. very proud of them.. company games and songs.. and there was a stark difference from the first company games to this final one.. the partas didnt stick to their cliques and they were more formal.. they werent giggling to themselves (all that much).. haha.

so yeah.. i guess we'd always ask ourselves. did we have any impact on our partas? have we made a difference? i sure hope so.. but the greatest sense of achievement we get is in watching our partas together as a pltn.. one for all, all for one.. at the beginning, what worried me most was to get 20 different people to bond as a pltn. but i spose we did alright.. =)

hmm so anw. bathed at ard 6.30 (notice how i didnt mention waking up? that's probably cos i hadnt slept for 2 nights. seriously. gar!) then went off for sch at 7. i fell asleep in the bus tho and overshot to orchard. got off and headed back to sch. pltnmates were late! py and zr overslept and the rest i duno. =/

so then at 9.30 partc adeline reported for the parade. took pics and stuff.. then she ran off, forgot to give the reporting list, ran back and then back to the rest of em. amusing.. so then we went to the netball courts where the company was all formed up and ready. partas looked so smart! was very proud.. mdm hadta remind us to stay off the parade grounds.. =/ haha! then partc asked for permission to carry on with parade. partas did a nice rowrowrow check and they marched better than they've ever done before! partcs did a greatt job as temp ncos. =)

then the kacau part was basically just talking. last year for ex sec4s we had such trouble for parade cos they insisted that things stayed the same where they could bug us when at diam and all that. but this year mdm at least allowed us to talk to them at diam but make sure we didnt bounce ard. O.o had some trouble with that but yeah went around talking to the parts. left partas till last. but one parta was already Melting and pale and looked like she was gonna faint so we called part ds off the courts and let the parade proceed. so yeah commander senang diri-ed them. then they all marched past us with hormat kekenan (sp?) and i stood at the spot where partc commanded them to turn away. the point where we'd officially no longer be part of the company.. gosh so sad.. but i was VERY proud of my partas. you all did a wonderful job. lovelove yous.. =)

then we went back to the nccrm. did summore prezzes while waiting for partcs. haha! we were in such a crappy mood when they came to collect us. so then we were in a circle then mdm gave her speech and she gave us partds a pillow from sir and her i think, and a letter of reference thinger.. was sweet of them really.. then we were singing songs.. was nice.. didnt cry yay! then then we started the butt wave. partcs probably thought we were really juvenile but they agreed to do it anw. love part cs! then we ended of with the We cheer. "hentak kaki cepat hentak!" and we had a lovely solid company bang to end our cheering history with rgsncc.. lala~

then we went to talk to our partas.. =) they stood in a row and we went down the row giving indiv comments.. hmm.. drink Brands woo~! hmm.. my partas are united as one but theyre all such unique and strange individuals really.. gosh lovelove partas.. then we took pictures!

then the company fell in and partc adeline bersurai-ed them with a SOLID bang. =)!

then we got back to the room. did prezzes and stuff again.. then pltnmates left one by one.. and at 1.15 i hadta go for snp grad party and left priya

snp grad party: games etc etc. and we got photoframes with diff pictures! mine was one of me and kaiyuen and zaini's sis. haha! i looked spaz..

so i left right after grabbing some food at 3.15 and went back to the room to get changed. bah fariNa.. then at 4.20 nw was waiting at the busstop. finished up a bit and left. then then i saw partbs at the busstop and they saw me. bah.. then then had some trouble and somehow ended up at fareast. partas got on the bus with me too and got off at far east too.. O.o odd odd partas..

then waited at the busstop near yh's hse for py. haha blurr dude. finally got to yuhui's house.. had ord there last year which dad didnt let me go for. bah.. quotes ge: right place, wrong time/year.. amusing.. and py called my 1.5l ice lemon tea bottle - Champion. O.o so we were chiong-ing partas prezzes.. packing em and stuffs. ge was helping us too.. and we were ultra late! then yh's dad sent us to partc amelina's hse where the company was. collected yunzhi, jieying and zerui at the yh's guardhse area and zoomed there. shuning was sitting outside the condo looking chio but Very pissed. haha her sister ran in to report to her pltnmates of our arrival.. poser zr put on her shades and couldnt see where she was going! and and our part c escorts got lost leading us there. tsk haha!

then we reached the dinner area.. it was beside the pool at the pavillion. and the rest of the company were lined as goh leading from the bridge all the way to the pavillion. so then partc commanded nice and loud and BANG. then they did hormat as we walked thru.. gosh was really grand.. then i kept saying hi part a/b/c and i couldnt help adjusting the hands of my partas..

so then we reached the pavillion where there was a huge and super cool banner "Pirates of the Caribbean - ORD 2006" was so wonderfully done! and stuck on the pillars around were big pictures of a skull with a bandanna (?) hat with our name on each of em. they passed this to us in the end but i lost mine apparently.. bah..

so then in the middle of the pavillion were 2 tables put together with 3 tables flanking em and 2 chairs at the end.. 8 of us ord-ing together.. food was nice yay! but they didnt bother bout our requests and stuff.. =/ but they listened to ge's orange juice+sprite thing.. "oh but i've never really tried before, know" O.o was nice anw.. jy didnt eat much.. =/

then we kept finding hair in our food! finer spaghetti haha! and i think the partc cook was annoyed i think.. poor partc haha! then once thre was an ant in zr's drink and she yelled partcs! then a whole lot of em came from diff directions. haha! funny! my food was uneventful tho..bah.. then i got too sleepy and bored cos the food came so slow. Partcs cannot open a restaurant cos the food'll be hairy and everyone'd leave before the food even came! mehh.. heh. was stoning quite abit and tried to sleep on the chair. pltnmates said i looked angsty and tried taking pics of me.. nyeh.

then then we finally got dinner over with. and partcs put the tables to the side to empty the floor where we'd have the performances.. partas skit was so lame and strange but cute! haha lovelove.. then partbs skit always so educational haha but nicee.. and partcs womgg.. gay crew indeed~! lovelove company! and we're such terrible singers! sang songs for the company and we didnt know the lyrics and stared at the piece of paper like old grannies.. then we sang the parts' pltn songs.. all star, if we hold on and swear it all over again.. then we sang our pltn song "over seas from coast to coast, to find the place i love the most. where the fields are green, i'll see you once again, my love.." the memories that the song can conjure is unbelievable.. so all in all, we sang terribly but the parts all clapped super enthusiastically anw.. "entertaining performance" indeed.. haha!

then we got our presents from the parts! partbs like making presents! they gave us so many! lovelove partbs.. and i like their ranbow concept . nice presents! and they had this nice story/poem bout friendship too.. and the cookie they gave me broke. bah.. ooh and parta ncos are trend setters cos the part bs made wire stuffies too! we roxors! but we're smarter cos we used pliers! -nods..

then partas gave their presents.. yay sweet sweet partas! they made the pebble thing! the one that i tried to convince py and yh to make but they said dontwant or something..=/ but that's probably cos we couldnt find any and they cost 1dollar at taka and we have 20 partas.. haha! and they gave nice little things which were lovely.. =)

then partcs gave us stuffs too.. there weren't much but i think they've already done so much for us.. organizing ord parade and dinner.. cooking hairy food and all.. love partcs! yay! anw i LOVE the finger puppet thing they made for us. they made animal puppets for us that suited our character best apparentlyy.. py's was a giraffe cos she's tall (but i think what they really meant was that she's got a long neck and small head.. haha!) yh's was a kangaroo cos she's motherly.. sn's a bird cos she talks alot (she was angry cos she thought it was a chicken.. O.o) mine's an orange monkey! cos i was apparently cute and agile! (i actually thought it was an alien but nvm..)

oh and the parts like making pillows! probably cos its super easy to make and yet pretty.. pillows of all shapes,sizes and materials.. haha! lovelove pillows! oh and we felt bad cos we didnt make anything for the parts other than our own although were obliged to but still.. bah. made us realize we never really did appreciate the other parts enough.. so yeah i really really love the whole company yay!

so then we got to talk to our partas.. finally! but after the skits and stuff a few partas left.. and they wanted to leave without saying goodbye! was alittle hurt at that but they were crying already so we just gave them the prezzes and a tight HUG! said some stuffs also and yeah.. they actually asked us for a hug in the morn when we were talking to them but we said later. we weren't gonna deny them hugs cos meh that'll be mean.. still rmb last year when we asked our sec4s to take pics with us but they didnt want to.. ahwell..

so yeah.. talked to my partas.. they gave us this black board with handprints of my baby parts in 3 diff shades of green..pretty! then they gave us a HUGE pillow. mine's green! and py got yellow and yh black. haha! switchedd.. racist ncos indeed.. =)) then they gave us a scroll that the wrote. was so super longg! love partas yay! then we explained the prezzes we gave them. felt quite bad for making so little really.. bah.. but its the effort and thought that counts ryt? hope that's enough.. then we took some pictures and gave all of em hugs! yay i like hugs! and esp my partas cos theyre so small! well not all of em.. -glares at tall parta. made me tiptoe bah! haha nvmm.. partas like to take sneaky shots! so annoyingg bah! heh paparazzi woo~

lovelove! than at 11.20 or so partas hadta go home.. i wanted to hug em again so i did! heh. i didnt cry at all! so proud of myself yay! then partas left with a 'we love you ncos' and we replied 'we love you too partas'.. haha! then partbs left soon after.. then jy hadta go so i borrowed the ge and zr from the partcs for a little partd session. so we huddled and hugged and sang Right here waiting.. it was a nice moment.. all 8 of us together again.. memories came flooding and all kinds of emotion rushed thru me. and i finally cracked. cried and cried.. and got emo and i told jy that ive been wondering if she knew that i loved her and i told her that i really do. then i told pltnmates i loved em very much.. O.o strange..

then partcs came toddling along.. so we got them to take pics for us.. yeah then jy left.. was feeling super emo as we packed our prezzes.. more than 40 prezzes from the company in all.. big presents, small presents, lovely presents, odd presents.. but what i loved most of all was that they were mostly handmade. i love handmade presents cos theyre so heartfelt and meaningful and the parts took time off to make the stuffs for us..

so yeah.. im just really thankful for the rgsncc experience. and having the best company ever.. i've never felt so much love in all my life and the parts truly gave us the best ending to this chapter of our lives that lasted a whole 4years.. rgsncc will be just a memory but the company'll always have a place in my heart.. <3 rgsncc muchly.
