today's trg was teh ouch. 7k on t1 incl 500m time trials. not bad ah got improvement but muddy beat me by abit cos i maxed out before 250m i think.. =/ 2k timing was timing-wise better than usual i spose, but jiaolian said "today, not good." ): ah hell, but i got the t1s to all try the k2 2k timing plan(or at least from what i observed ah) and i think it works pretty well so i'll cont. working on it uhuh..

right after 2k timing(and i was still panting away like a buffalo), the k4 girls were out at the pontoon redi so i hadta rush up, keep nash, grab a drink and my cap then plopped right into the k4 and 2k timing straight away. i was like shitttt. but we capped ard 750m and it was super sudden. after rowing back in our new t4. the water level was near the combing and water rushed in everytime we tilt and i'd shriek.. nyeh. so anw the problem was apparently tt my strokes were very diff from the rest. so i tried to correct it, then it was better but second 2k timing wasnt too good either.. and jiaolian made me 4th man as well and it's so weird gar. i hope he moves me back to 3rd man.. =( owells so 9k on k4..

jumping jacks is fun.. =D reminds me of ncc. we did 365 complicated jumping jacks for one of the years for achievement day. hella shiok.. love it. oh bern gave us Royce chocs yummy!

recap of the week!
wed: sch was okay. na and lakshmi ponned! lessons weren't too useful but my pen completely dried up during ihist, which was really lucky cos i only had one pen tt day so i managed to buy a new for gp ct. which was quite crap ah. see how it goes.. team talk after tt.

thurs: civics was awful cos the teacher was rather awful and the stories i heard bout him was tsktsk. the video was interesting tho.. ohyeh we got our yearbooks. i look fat. =/ maths tut was draining and my brain wasnt working too good. then na and i went for our 'break' with the guys at ri. food was good but they were playing with my food(which btw just looks better organized. im not anal!) and making the fish, chicken and wantan do drills. bullshit la haha.. and NIGEL did someth very stupid but the canteen was rather empty by then save for a table full of mats who stared and laughed. =) yar and i bought some of the girls bookmarks..

ohyar and i ran after sch with taufiq cos pe was cancelled. where btw i was told to go for Fitness cos i didnt take napfa yet. -.- yeah we ran some funny sets on the track, around pe block and also in the mph later on. i ran approx 10-11 rounds. taufiq-the-lazy kept stopping every once in awhile eventho he forced me to run summore.. showered and met nazri at jp for lunch afterwards.. takoyaki ftw!! & frozen yogurt is lovee..

friday: sch was ohkay. hed pizza hut with lq and linda (who treated us to chicken. lovelove!) and fungs who just pimped(which is a word tt we've decided isnt really deragatory cos the meaning of various words change over time due to its usage. which really is rather strange, cos it's usage should depend on its meaning to begin with.. ohnoes confused! ah yar depends on context too. ohwells) cos he was going to gym afterwards..

got home and watched ICJ court presentation thing for Pedra Branca results. rtm, which btw is a malaysian channel, was having a live telecast whereas no spore channel bothered to show it lol.. anw dude was reading from this thick book thing(no wonder ah results took so long to come out, they had to produce the book first haha) and so we flipped channels quite alot before the final result came out much much later. and in some foreign language, how silly. so we only found out the results when the msian reporter said in malay, (the whole report was read in english to begin with, i duno why they had live telecast. =/) something along the lines of "tt was very sad news for msia.." so yeah hurrah spore? na was surprised by my nationalistic sentiments but i guess taking history kinda screwed me up quite abit. inter-state tensions for seahist was very enlightening.. =) shant say more..

ohyeah and i went for maulidur rasul at the mosque where parents usually go for religion lessons. i kinda like having my throat hurt singing religious stuff, which i spose you can call hymns. strange..

watched sweeney todd at night, which thanks to nazri and mommy dearest, was spoiled for me and it was awful. i like surprises and the show would've been awesome if i hadnt known the ending bother..
