still aching from thursday's trg wtg.. so anw trg yst was quite fun.. concentrated more on my strokes cos it's allegedly the cause of my backaches. i think it's true ah so mehs. anws, yangyang came back to help out and watch our strokes and all tt.. very very helpful yay! oh and 2k timing was just horrible! i thought was making pretty good time despite the bloody wind and just as i passed the 500m mark back, and was tilting to fix my direction, Splosh! i was in the water. wth i capped! wtg! damn damn damn damn annoying! and i got saved by a cj k1 and rowed back with more than half my boat in the water. boos. but 200m bursts was good.. =)
