of Bimbs and Men

one star course today was uber lol.

1: we were told to practice our strokes whilst the instructor tested kexin's capsize drill. so being obedient children, we did for awhile then decided to raft up. so there were like 11 of us girls just drifting around in the pond. then somebody(i have a feeling it's seleene) screamed "giant/big/monitor lizarddd!" and OMG almost everyone was screamingg and looking positively retarded. and hahaa geneve ong ern hui, in an attempt to break raft, was pushing me towards the 'monitor lizard'. wth thanks ahh! lol in any case, jianrong, deb and i rowed towards the 'monitor lizard' which was really just a log/branch. haha and like someone was screaming to us to stay away from it. i whacked the 'monitor lizard' with my paddle woots..
moral of story: in the face of 'monitor lizards' do one's bimbness show. not to mention a test of friendship -looks at ge pointedly. =)

2: CANOE POLO ROCKS MY SQUISHY SANDALS! CANOE POLO IS LOVEEE! CANOE POLO JUST ALMOST BEATS BASKETBALL! wahahahas damn fun laa! 9 girls vs 10 guys. and guess what? WE WON! WHEE! but that's prolly cos the guys kept capping and so at any one time, there were like 3 guys mia. but still, we owned them so HAHA!

3: i need to buck up for drama. production's in less than a month and im still nooby at my arm gestures. wtg..

school's been ACK so far. am trying to study as much as possible on top of trgs, rehearsals and fatigue. i know i can do better. so i must. some people really are very lucky to have so much time to study.. it's just so frustrating when everyone's doing so much better than i am academically, and tt there are ppl who look down on me cos of my horrible grades. i cant use my hectic schedule as an excuse cos my snrs have managed to pull thru with good academic results. i just hafta put in the extra effort if i want to do the same. and god knows just how badly i wanna pull my grades up.
