okay fine blog's dead and i havent gotten round to making my new template. which of course would've looked superbb if i actually did it. yes..

um yeah many things have happened in the past 2 weeks. but farin says self absorbed blogs are a waste of cyber space so.. well i dont quite care really but i shall be nice and dedicate a last portion to someth interesting. well by my standards at least..

right so raya was fun! well not really i spose. i didnt collect much money.. um right

so the 2nd day of raya, was our deepavali hols so i was slacking at home. ohhh! i cycled to cck park with farin. we had an accident on the way there cos of the postwoman person on her bike. -nods! yeah and we were by the side of the road where there were loads of cars.. meh.. and farin's knee was grazed bad and there was blood and a bruise. ouch..

well then thurs was our malay revision class thing which was pretty fun. me and farin splurged at ramen and it was indeed very satisfying.. then on friday, nw, FariNa and i went to seoul garden. amazingly, that was my first time there. i was disappointed that i couldnt find any chicken. i duno why really but nw said none of the meat in the pile i grabbed was chicken. he cooks better than i do but i couldnt persuade him to agree to do the cooking in the future.. =/ i love the freeflow of coke!! wahaha!

saturday jln raya then sunday was our open house. it was relatively slow in the morning. then relatives came in truckloads at ard 5. sis had her friends over at the time too so i was stresswing out in the kitchen finding more glasses. gar! so yeah when i finally had time off, i was too lazy to study for hml Os the next day. but i did a little i guess..

monday was hml Os. yeah so afterwards i collected the career guidance test thing then went with melz and FariNa to Ps to get na's visionm. oh and i left bubba at the counter and when i came back for her, she was just sitting at the counter smiling. farin said that the counter people were grinning at me. bother.. right so then we went to vivocity and we watched PRESTIGE! god i love the showw.. then candy empire then home..

tuesday was the matriculation day thing. yeah then i had a short choral speaking prac for starlit night then i went out for lunch with pltnmates. it was spazz and we went window shopping. haha! then i went IMM to meet nw and we bought a fan for our new home ryt, darling? =) haha then we visited nw's granny to fix the fan up. super strangee! granny doesnt like me mehhh! how can that be?? like zomgg.. O.o

wednesday was boring. then we had the sec4 farewell rehearsals which ended so annoyingly latee.. then i had my anatolia! and i like art friends.. haha!

thursday was interclass games. hoorah to floorballers! we rock please. 4th isnt too bad ryt..? yh's class was pro la. they owned floorball And soccer. bugger them.. yeah then we went for class lunch at scotts. but there weren't much choices so i went to eat at rose garden with FariNa first before getting my yami yogurt at scotts. yeah.. then i went window shopping with FariNa. i think i kinda like shopping.. i tried on a turquoise dress with a low low low neckline and i could see my boobs and bra and all that. but i honestly thought i looked hot. toot my horn yeahhh!

friday was sec4 farewell.. people cried.. i didnt.. then recess. omgg part cs gave yh an army doll thing that can tap it's feet and singg! garr so super cutee! we paraded ard the canteen with it. oh and we named him Ryan. after the show Saving Private Ryan.. haha! "you've got mud on your face. you big disgrace. kicking your can all over the place.." waahaa lovelove! then it was the super long principal's address. then we cleaned our classroom. they were blasting dbsk and it was pretty fun.. =) ran off awhile to help mrng with the Om auditions.. i saw 2 partas there.. haha! then we ran back to class for our results.. i did alright i spose.. me and renu got uber cool radio-controlled(?) cars for the chemicar comp! gosh and to think i was planning to buy one! haha!! yeah then piah,yh and me met our darling partas. they blindfolded us and brought us to a special place.. -_- haha! but it was funn.. and they made us a pretty shirt that says "Part As love me" haha! must've costed alot alot i think.. -hugss partas!! love~! then i went to marina square with FariNa and nw. oh we're the CarFour btw.. haha! i think it's pretty funny.. -nods and grins. yeah so i got a free bk meal from farin. =)

saturday was StarLit night. haha! it was fun la.. went to sch at 9 and we worked on our choral speaking routine for a long long time.. it turned out really well i think.. =) yeah then the emcees were superbb. oh and there was this ultra cool magician dude who was also very poser. haha! yeah and StarLit night started at ard 7.30. our choral speaking started only after the intermission so we were bored. we ende up putting on our masks and stalked the people as they entered the hall. some were freaked while our darling 409ers were meann! chris said i was too cute. oh and i hadta take off my specs so then i was staring at a group of people and then partb greeted me and i started laughing. bother.. so anw StarLit night was overall a success and was wonderfully entertaining that i didnt mind being so extra cos it is after all a lit production.. =/

sunday was jln raya and i collected moneyy.. there's no more sch so i fasted on monday.

today was a randomm day. i went to sch to look for renu's soap which i left on sat and it turns out that she found it and collected it before i did. i thought it was gone.. yeah then i went to rj to hand in the subject combi forms. there was alot of people in sch and it was embarrassing.. yeah then i went j8 to meet nw. i had my cajun from lj and then we watched grudge 2. which is a very silly show.. -nods.

ohhh and i plan to go trekking from macritchie to bt hill. i last went for that in p4 i think.. but anww i had to cancel it for this week due to unforseen circumstances. but the show will go on!! sometime soon i guess.. anyone interestedd? =)


right so as promised. an interesting paragraph.

right ge says i should write bout her. Ong Ern Hui Geneve is my pltnmate of 4years and i love her very much. despite her being a stinky stinky poo. a fact which was confirmed last year after our outdoor trg in macritchie cos she refused to change out. in any case, ge is an artistic bugger who is in aep and does filming for rs. she's a msg in ncc and a prefect too. ge is an amazing person and i am honoured to know her. WAHAHS. so if anyone wants me to dedicate a paragraph to them, do tell me. =)

Why are self-absorbed blogs a waste of cyberspace?

in order to answer this, we should first address the essential purpose of cyberspace itself. in our malay paper last week, the compre passage was about the different activities you can do online. if that's the case, cyberspace would then have many uses. (i shall for now associate Uses to being a purpose itself. +many of which are pointless, yet are used by many for the purpose. what constitutes as a Waste then? pointless= a waste of cyberspace?

in that case, most chatrooms are a waste of cyberspace. Porn is a waste of cyberspace. (tho i believe that quite a majority of males dont share the same sentiments as i). Blogs would also be a waste of cyberspace. for the more 'intellectual' blogs, bloggers would be expressing all their worldly views and all that. these bloggers are usually pretentious elitists who believe that their view is worth a whole lot. but then again, that's a very sweeping generalization. these blogs, despite its oh so precious worldly views, can often cause much problems as blogs, being a public domain, is free to be read by anyone, be it a liberal person or a member of the gahmen. (O.o) what would be the point of blogging about issues that could potentially cause one to get into trouble? no point= pointless. pointless= a waste of cyberspace.

and now we come to the crux of the argument. which is btw ~Why are self-absorbed blogs a waste of cyberspace?~

what is the point of talking about oneself when noone else really wants to know? i believe that it is true for most, that talking about oneself is more interesting than talking about anyone else (at least i think so). as such, most other blogs are all about the blogger herself. i spose most people have their reasons for blogging. i for one, blog as a way to track and record my activities in writing so that should i develop amnesia of sorts, i will still rmb whatever it is that has happened to me over the 2-4 years.. well with that being the point of my blog. point= Not a waste of cyberspace. yes! okay fine this section of my blog is awfully dumb but i should be excused as it is currently 12.15 and im exhausted.. =)
