- was looking for toothbrush&paste. was running towards the toilets in my sandals. lack of friction, skidded & banged into the toilet door. how very embarassing. 1 random guy saw and asked if i was ok. malu-ating
- morning pt at the beach.

- 9.30 set off in 2 vans. 20min ride.
- 10am started trek. halfway there. Sara wanted to give up but didnt in e end. hoorah! helped lighten load.
- reached peak at 1.30. 1550m
- set up bashas. while guys cook.
- mark set up our long bench. yay!
- slacked till the food was ready. randomness. threw bottle at nick's head. sara and nick asked about rg gals. hoho!
- finally ate dinner. was yummy but had serious tummy ache afterwards. tummy was bubbling. hhaaha. and i cant rmb who was beside me but i kept complaining bout the pain and needing to fart. -grins!
- wash pots. lost my temper that time cos i was already very much pained and yett. bloody. nvm. those who were there would know. yelling in the middle of the night, in a forest when everythg's quiet is quite and experience.
- spilled tuna water on shoes while rinsing pots. chain reaction. took off shoes and socks to sleep. feet were itching bad at night. was too dark so just slipped on socks some hours later. next morning, feet were covered in big red spots. ant bites apparently. so gross..
- Yao told ghost stories after debrief. was rather freaky. everyone got scared and decided to sleep.
- had nice dreams! dreamt of buying lambchop too but woke up before my order arrived. bother.

- woke up at 5.30. the guys were already up & starting fire. night before was raining. so firewood was wet.
- tend to ant bitten foot & had maggi.
- 8.45 set off. slippery slope. once skidded uncontrollably and ended with a somewhat split.

- reached the main road of the village. and maggi steps on poo! smelly shiit
- went to the sabahan house. guys cooked lunch. fried rice. really yummy. didnt help. cant cook. felt rather useless. helped with performance + rehearsal.

- commandants had 'bonding time'. hadta bathe 2 at a time to save time. so weeeeird! me & maggi bathed last. much sqeualing & definite closed eyes.

- woke up sometime at 1, 3 and finally gave up. woke up at 4.19. listened to weiliang snoring across the room. actually thought it was yao cos of his mass and all..
- sat one corner stroking the house cat. it made sounds like a purring engine and was vibrating too. weird.
- breakfast at 5.15. i ate 5 pieces of frenchtoast. very yummy.
- 6.15. walked allll the way back to the ob centre along the roads. which is muchmuch worse cos it seems longer. and no shade. walked behind with maggi and sara who didnt see the point in walking so fast. csm indeed.
- one time mark broke off singing, " im not a girll!!". so very odd.
- another time was following the others to cross the road then maggi stopped me suddenly cos a car was speeding towards us. then johnny scolded her somewhat for stopping me cos he didnt see reason for her too. oddness. and to think safety was supposed to come first. maggi was in a bad mood for most of the way back.
- yet another time kondiu was walking for 1hr+ without break and there was a huge gap between sara and the rest. csm ahh. yelled at them to stop a few times but they didnt. finally did the kondiu oii cheer and they stopped to rest. amazing. and once ran with the commandants and maggi with our very heavy rucksacks. yay we rock. haha!
- 8.30 reached before grp3. yay! unpack, shower, wash clothes- which is seriously the main reason how our muscles actually developed. gosh.
- slept till lunch at 12.30. or just basically slacked off. ohh. and was enlightened when passing by a bunch of rajahbrookers that 2 of them saw certain incriminating neoprints due to careless reasons. bother
- 1.30 kayak! 1st partner: maggi. hadta do raft up about 3-4 times. each time with a different task. one of which was to change partners and positions, ie front to back etc.
- 2nd partner: jeriel. impressed him with my great arm strength and was thus promoted to female commandant. haha! such great times..
- 5.15. end. freak show as some guys ran back from the boathse topless.
- 6. dinner. fish! not nice but was too hungry to care.
- 7.30 sailing briefing. was highh. did crap stuffs in the hall and learnt to do freefall from maggi
- 8+. the other girls' bunk- bambarayon, the door got auto locked somehow. thahirah was the only girl from the bunk ard cos grp1 &2 were on their jungle ex that night. guys helped to take out the window pane and slipped through the window and opened the door from inside. thahirah got scared cos she thought there were ghosts i guess and started crying. spent the night at hornbill.
- stayed up till late cos we heard there somethg interesting was going on in the dining hall. grp3 discussion about a certain psychopath. then aini came back to the room. told us what happened. we all got freaked out. waited for quack to return. told us what happened. then we couldnt sleep cos we were all scared. nothing to do with the supernatural but something closer to heart. shall not say it here but it was Indeed scarily odd. me maggi quack and the other aisyah ended up bunking at the lower 2 bunks for the night. and one time needed to go toilet but was too scared. knocked on rajahbrooke cos their lights were on. khalish was kind enough to escort us. and yao was at their table with 3 cups in fronta him. was apparently supposed to have one dude up at a time for sentry purposes. was greatly amused.

- woke up 5.35. was sposed to be at boathse at 5.55 for morn pt. whole camp still asleep. knocked on doors to wake them up.
- breakfast. then assembly. hornbill: 8/10
- sailing! oars damn bahhh. rowing is tiring much.
- talk cock over seas is fun. maggi & me were assigned jokers. haha. very funnyy..
- khalish moved to tend to the other aisyah who was seasick. and so the courting goes on.. was kinda sweet to watch but then it got too mushy. bahhwell.
- reached dinawan island. helped lower jeepsail(?) then set up bashas with the basha team namely the girls chiobu with her/his rockhammer.
- played in the water with maggi, commandants, chiobu, theresa, felicia and aisyah. "go into water and try to come out looking sexy" says maggi. all cmi ahh.
- picked seashells with jeriel. all so prettyy.. made chiobu carry my shells. yay me!
- tend to fire with maggi and jeriel and syafiq. ive got firebreathh! was actually intending to dry our shirts. burnt my hair for fun and saw it Melt. gah! also burnt veggie biscuit. it actually Melts! great discoveries..
- visited grp3 campsite quite alot since there wasnt much to do. the chicken yazid cooked was damnnn niceee. mmm..
- 9+ heavy rain. hide inside basha. talk cock session with the commandants, chiobu and maggi. and jeriel with his funeral tune. its humble beginnings.
- woke up at 1+. couldnt sleep anymore. sposed sentry duty at 2-3 with chiobu. woke him up and visited grp3 campsite. quite many were awake. mr syawal told us to get firewood so we obliged. had some bread to eat. went to our slack corner. then finally went to the beach to watch the sailboats for sentry then both fell asleep. was joined sometime by maggi&jeriel for their duty. then theresa also came. and luqman from grp3.

- 4+. woke up. jeriel was staring at the sea. chiobu was still asleep. went for a walk along the beach with jeriel to keep warm. picked firewood too, which we didnt use in the end.
- cleared & folded groundsheet used to cover the fire at night when it rained. chiobu came and helped when he woke up. hardworkingg us.
- when the rest woke up we were made to wash cooking stuffs still. bahness..
- commandants and chiobu had a blast catching the crabs in mugs.
- helped carry the stuffs to the beach.
- helped assemble jeepsail with felicia.
- sailed back. oars suck! grrs. and was annoyed with yao cos he was annoying. and sure he can row faster. its the mass dude.
- opened sails when we reached open sea. had to help with stuffs from time to time. rather boring trip this time. was being roasted under the sun. not much wind so speedboat came to pull our boat at grp 3's.
- johnny was typing up some ropes then weiliang was made to hold on to the bag with the rope that attached us to the other boat. he accidentally let go. pretty scary. sails werent tied properly yet. hadta stand up on the seat to hug the pole& sail to keep it from flapping too much. violent winds..
- land ahoyy! grp 3's boat when over a big wave and TWANG! rope snapped and we were stranded. pretty exciting..
- waited for speedboat to return. incomingg! the possibility of a capsize.. bweeness.
- speedboat returned. said it wasnt safe so they took the ladies on board to bring to land first. incl syafiq and chiobu. the waves! nice ride..
- when the other boat got towed back in, we went to wash the sailing stuffs. yao used eyepower. syafiq commented but he somehow didnt mind.
- 1/2 hr to lunch. me & maggi bathed anw. ate alot.
- went to toilet to poo with maggi and quack. very memorable moments.
- gathered at hall for equipments. went to rockclimb.
- everyone was sleepy. was trying to avoid the dog and tripped over a branch on the ground & fell onto the grass. many still blur so noone really bothered to laugh at me. how nice..
- rockclimb. natural rocks. much easier and definitely more interesting. reached the top. was too helpful with the other aisyah when she climbed. told her what to grab and step on cos she wanted to go back down when she could actually reach the top in the end. was pissed with khalish cos he ordered me to help aisyah with her carebinna. bloooody.
- one time i wanted to drink theresa's water but accidentally drank from ken’s bottle (the ob spore instructor). it was herbal tea summore. funny how i was too sleepy to realize it. he asked how i found ob spore since i was wearing the shirt.
- started to rain heavily so we went back to the dining hall for tea and biscuits. didnt do giant’s ladder. then the rest ate maggi as usual.
- then grp3 dudes came running. huge fuss. apparently thahirah had hypothermia cos she was caught in the rain and still played games with the rest in wet clothes. very scary. quack nursed her back to health.
- debrief was nice. yao took the feedback from the rest pretty well. sabrina(the attached co) said she liked our grp alott. and nichola! "catch marine life.." "i know im cute.." hoho! funny how we tend to laugh at every word he says.
- went back bunk. nuzy& quack went dining hall for grp stuffs. aisyahs went for tea.

- 5.30. room still dark. Kondiu sposed to meet at boathse at 5.20 to clear our stuffs left out to dry. on lights. went out. saw hong & khalish who just woke up too. woke up bambarayon & hornbill. brush teeth, wash face then walked to boathse myself. was creepy. still pretty dark out.
- done, went back bunk to change to shoes. had morn pt in the assembly hall.
- breakfast. grp4 duty again.

- woke up 4.50, couldnt sleep anymore. at 5 we on lights. went to wash face, brush teeth.

- went back bunk. joined beds with maggi. was in weird mood. rajabrooke made so much noise and i got so fucking pissed that i just started screaming and banging back on the floor cos they were thumping their ceiling. nice way of venting. yazid came up with someone to complain that We were noisy cos they could hear our footfalls and hence they banged the ceiling. baskett! not our fault that they were thin wooden floorboards. we could even hear their conversation when on our beds which were off the floor. sheesh.
- went to guys toilet cos the passageway to the girls' toilet was bug infested muchly.

- alarm at 5.01. woke jia ni up in next room cos she asked me to.
- wash up in the cleaner bathroom.
- helped spread jam for breakfast.
- walked out to main road and took car to 6000ft. climbed to 11000ft. yao went down after 2nd hut. 7huts in total. chocs at every hut.
- me & theresa felt sleepy. was just mentioning it then mark said it was a sign of AMS. gosh..
- reached resort. but it was only the check in area. then still hadta climb summore. felt so cheated. walked ahead. reached the dorms first. yay!
- so coldd up there. frosty breathh!
- rested awhile. changed out into thermal and jacket. still felt bloody cold. took blanket and sat outside. then one of the other instructors told me to go inside. so i did. was under 2 blankets. needed to pee. went to the toilet. supa hot water. went back room. started shaking. was horrible. i couldnt breathe. started to panic then i was sobbing. noone saw me for what seemed a loong while. i was at the top bunk bed. then finally maggi saw me. told me to take long breaths. calmed down then could finally breathe proper after awhile. scary mann..
- was better but stayed in bed anyways. then fell asleep.
- woke up at 6+. door was open. just zoning out
- then ambrish came. said nuzy asked me & maggi to go to her room. quack had the same attack. ran there with blankets. kept her warm. maggi used same remedy.
- debrief outside. stubborn quack. insisted on coming outside. was starting to freeze again. maggi got me a blanket. after debrief chiobu asked if i was still climbing to the peak tmr morning. i said yeah. and he said i already look like i was dying. gah! am nott!
- went toilet. started shivering again. went back room and wrapped up with blankets. independant womann! chiobu popped by to ask if anyone needed gloves.
- felicia had ral bad hypothermia. her temperature check was 33degrees. then 35, but stilll!
- took some chicken soup from someone. had lotsa melted butter in it. was sposed to help keep warm. tasted gross.
- didnt have dinner so i took some maggi.
- shared bed with Maggi. slept till 12.30

- woke up 12.30. went toilet. went back sleep.

- borrowed pants from nichola in exchange for socks. clothes were still wet. shouldve sent for dry cleaning like the rest of them.
- borrowed chiobu's shirt cos he wasnt planning on climbing.
- maggi had tummy cramps. decided not to go. was really disappointed. then her cramps went away but she lent out her stuffs to some dudes redi. poor girll.
- everyone was ready. all in the hall. then guides told us that it was unsafe to climb. so cheatedd. i said bloooody rather loudly, who really cares anw?, and went to the room to see maggi.
- chiobu came to collect his shirt cos he was cold. oh and was told that he actually prayed for the weather to be too harsh to climb. gee..
- went back to sleep in lower bunk with quack & maggi. pretty cramped. woke up again at 3+, 4+ then finally 6+
- went out to watch fat squirrels! snapped some pics.
- ate french fries. nuzy got hypo attack too.
- wore back my wet longsleeves over thermal + jacket.
- BBSS dudes busy phototaking. took pic with the 'summit trail' sign but covered the 'trail'. haha! but there was a lamp post behind them. erts! funny..

- skipped 2 huts. stopped at the 3rd. started raining.

- finally got into bus back to ob centre. slept soon when i got on. so tiredd.
- woke up after 1-2hrs. stared out most the time.
- reached 5+pm. 1hr before dinner. bathe + wash borrowed clothes.

- 7+ went to return rucksacks. went dining hall for supper. exchanging contacts.
- played truth or dare awhile. then moved to assembly hall as more joined in. one time doggie(wilburt) got dared to go into the equipment room/cage for 1minute in the dark. then after which yell out 'im a bird in a cage let me out'. was pretty funny. until the big guys incl yazid slammed against the door and it jammed. wth. could tell that doggie panic-ed abit by the banging on the door. in the end we opened the side window from inside. woah..
- maggi then got sabo-ed by quack to do something she found rather embarassing.
- mine was rather embarassing too. chose truth. thought it wont be so bad but QUACKK! so evil.
- then game got more porn. ie pushups un 69 position. maggi & me got grossed out and went to dining hall for tea.
- went back bunk. couldnt sleep. so we went back hall with jeriel & nichola
- still very porn. went dining hall with chiobu, glen, quack, ee (?), nichola
- talk cock. more like stoning actually. Quack kena kenn medic. ouchh! chiobu damn sadist.
- truth or dare continued as last man standing game. god knows what else they did. –shudder..
- 12.30 back in bunk. rajabrooke having party. bloody arses.
- hung ard outside with ambrish and nuzy. somewhat sentry. they were saying that they were gonna trash the other bunks. hafiz kept coming in and out to check on the sentry. was verily pissed. yelled quite abit.
- at 2am a bambarayon gal came out of the rajabrooke bunk. had quite a shock.
- noise soon died. waited another 15mins and went in at 2.40

- 5.30 woke up.
- no morn pt. went dining hall for breakfast at 7.
- toilet cleaning for grp4. didnt bother. cleaned bunk really well. yazid did bunk check.
- "hornbill. this one very jialat.." hornbill: 10/10. we roxors!!
- "we are teaam kondiuu..we are number onee.." -to funeral tune.
- rafting at 9at boathouse. built a really good raft. very nice & strong.
- was to row across the river bank. do a cheer. and row back. 3 times. 6 dudes each. 1st: me maggi weiliang nicholas hong syafiq. 2nd: maggi theresa felicia aisyah yao jeriel. 3rd: me weiliang nicholas hong syafiq jeriel.
- we won 1st, 3rd then 2nd.
- suuposed to disassemble raft back at the boathse. fastest wins of course. but our ropes were tied too tight. bugger! ahwell. too good already..
- shower!
- lunch. fish! didnt eat much. exhaustion caught up with me by then. so lethargic. went back bunk earlier to sleep.
- debrief at conference room. group performances. Kondiu!
- room cheers. mulu! entertaining. commandants and chiobu were very cute. haha! ncc cheers mostly. knock it downn!
- rajabrooke so bloody noisy. i guess i looked particularly displeased with their presentation. "so thats what you all do at 2am huh?" hahs.
- took pics.
- dinner at 5. ate alott. kondiu clean up. wash dishes. sing+ cheer together. miss kondiu alott.

- before 6pm everyone went hall with our stuffs ready.
- waiting for bus. rajabrooke was annoying. stood with the ncc guys. did cheers + shared ncc stories. interesting..
- got stuck in the bus with the beruks. got so pissed off that i actually yelled “shut up” and “give it up” during the intervals of their cheers. bloody. finally just ignored them. squeezed with maggi & quack. lack seats.
- plane ride. 8.25 went to queue. luggage weight: 12.3kg!
- claustrophobic plane. slept the whole time
- 9pm departed. 11pm reached senai airport.
- called home at senai airport. bought famous amos ice cream (peppermint +hazelnut) added milo powder. yumm!
- sat in bus with quack + maggi again. slept. woke up at msia checkpoint. got back in bus.
- reached PAHQ. before that was singing with maggi & saying the stuffs we’ll miss.

- debrief. saw mom and dad standing ard
- said goodbyes. hugged the girls. shook hands with some dudes.
- went to eat at west coast macs. wanted beef. haha! bought big mac. yay!
- left at 3+. reached home ard 4
- mixed feelings.
